Phil McGinnis is the Managing Broker of the firm, and has been licensed as a real estate agent and REALTOR® in Delaware for more than 29 years. Phil specializes in all types of non – residential properties, and has earned a number of specialist designations during his career, including the CCIM (Certified Commercial – Investment Member) designation from the National Association of REALTORS® Commercial – Investment Institute, the ALC (Accredited Land Consultant) designation from the REALTORS® Land Institute, the e-PRO certification from NAR, and the GAA (General Accredited Appraiser) designation from NAR. Phil has a background in real estate appraising, and is a Delaware Certified General Real Property Appraiser, certified in both Delaware and Maryland, and served eight years on the Delaware Council On Real Estate Appraisers, serving five years as Chairman. Phil is active in REALTOR® Association activities at the Local, State, and National levels, chairing various committees.
